What does a standard yacht charter encompass?
Our charters all come with experienced crew members, essential safety gear, fuel, and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. Each type of journey may have different inclusions—for example, sundeck trips come with premium non-alcoholic beverages and gourmet bites, while business charters include professional meeting amenities and specialized catering services.
When should I make my reservation?
To ensure the availability of your desired yacht, booking 2–3 weeks beforehand is prudent, particularly in high season (May–September). For corporate gatherings and private parties, securing your booking 4–6 weeks in advance gives you better choices and necessary time for tailor-made arrangements.
What course of action is taken for unfavorable weather conditions?
Our foremost concern is for the safety of our guests. If our captain assesses weather conditions to be risky, we will propose a new date or issue a complete refund for the charter. We continually track the weather patterns and will proactively notify you if problematic conditions are anticipated 24 hours prior to your departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your preferred edibles and non-alcoholic beverages on board. We also provide a superb catered dining experience that can be tailored to your dietary preferences. Please be aware that, due to safety considerations, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do you provide yacht access to those with mobility issues?
We aim to be inclusive for all our guests. Certain vessels are equipped with more accessibility options than others. It's best to communicate any particular requirements at the time of booking, and we'll direct you to the most appropriate yacht and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made.
What is your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations made over 72 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a full refund policy in place. If the cancellation is made within a time frame of 24 to 72 hours, a refund of 50% applies. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead of time are considered non-refundable, barring unusual circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or yacht malfunctions on our end.
